Book Publishers

The Barcode that appears on a book publishing is called an ISBN (International Standard Book Number). An ISBN is essentially a product identifier used by publishers, booksellers, libraries and internet retailers for ordering, listing, sales records and stock control purposes. The ISBN identifies the publisher as well as the specific title, edition and format.
